well you have to control two things at once, the height a which you throw and the left to right location. to control the left to right location just focus on keeping your sholder closed for as long as you can. for the height control, focus on finding your release point and release it at the same time each time…

I would have to recommend trying to throw the ball a little slower, maybe droppin the speed will change your mechanics, i am also a pitcher. You will hear every pitching instructor that speed is not the most important thing, but control and mechanics are by far the most important. Go find a coach, and have him look at your style and give your pointers on how to improve you mechanics. If i knew/saw how you thew, i could probably help. If you are throwing the ball high, that generally means you are dropping your elbow. If this is true, try to go to the extreme and throw you basic fastball 12-6, straight over your head, this should balance out you low elbow, and bring it back over you shoulder height.

You should find a coach or buy a instruction book to help you.
Often when you cannot pitch into the strike zone is because your posture when you pitch is wrong, for example: arm too low, lower your body too quickly and etc…
    Good Luck!!

just relax! i am a catcher and i dont pitch alot but i always tell my pitchers this… "just relax out there. ure trying to hard. just focus on the glove and dont try to overpower the guy. just throw. have fun with it. if u have a good defense then just throw to the glove and make him hit it. dont always try to strike them out."

ok well this always was a reason i couldnt throw strikes
first make sure you have a good stride
because most pitchers forget about the stride and are too focused on the pitches
second dont try to aim it to much just focus on the glove
also try to release the ball at the same place to get it consistent
